What are our chakras?
Chakras are our energy centers. We have seven primary energy centers & hundreds of small ones located along our body. In Sanskrit, chakra means “wheel” or “disk”. These wheels of energy allow energy to move between different dimensions, work with parts of our bodies & act as gateways constantly taking in & sending out energy to keep us functioning.

You don't have to do anything for the chakra energy healings, including visualize! You get to receive the clearing & healing work, just set the intention to receive on the calls & you will.

Yes! These recordings are pre-recorded. I've honed the energy healings to work specifically for individuals in the reset & will be powerful even though they aren't live.

This is a self-paced course meaning you decide to start & complete it in your own time. It is set up to be 7-weeks long (spending 1 week on each chakra), but if you prefer to use it differently you can!
