MEREDITH RAWLINGS
I am a Quantum Energy & Human Design Coach with an ICF certification. Over the years I’ve developed a unique coaching strategy in which I weave together mindset strategy, quantum energy healing & Human Design to deactivate old conditioned patterns, fears & limitations of my clients.
In the past I wasted a lot of time trying to become successful through hustling, pushing my needs & feelings down & using strategies pushed on me by others. I learned the hard way that we are all unique in our energetic design & our creative strategies.
My mission is to empower entrepreneurial women to explore their strengths & vulnerabilities, pursue their deeper purpose & live a life of freedom.

I’ve built three businesses working with 100s of entrepreneurs & have had crazy ups & downs on my personal & spiritual journeys. When you book a call it’s an opportunity for us to get to know you & you to know us! We want to make sure you are a good fit for EFA & answer any questions you may have.
At the end of the call one of two things will happen – if you are a good fit we will invite you to work with us or if it doesn’t feel right we will recommend next steps to help you on your journey.

No! Although we primarily work with entrepreneurs, we love working with anyone who is ready to grow, heal & transcend. No matter your profession, if EFA speaks to you we invite you to apply!

For platinum, every other week! If you are in silver, your calls will be over the course of one month.

There is honestly a lot that happens behind the scenes! Between sessions, we meet, track your progress, and strategize on what your next steps are to make sure we are on track.
You only have two jobs – 1 come to your coaching sessions ready to work & 2 complete any “homework” between calls – we take care of the rest.
